Allen Dell, P.A., traces its roots in Tampa to John B. Sutton (after whom Port Sutton is named) and the early firm of Kelly, Sutton & Shaw, founded circa 1925. The long and storied history of the firm since that time reflects the evolution of the legal profession in Tampa and west central Florida, in which the firm has played, and continues to play, a prominent role. What has not changed in over three quarters of a century is this firm's steadfast commitment to the practice of law as a profession -- a calling that requires not merely the highest levels of knowledge, skill and competence, but which demands alsothe highest level of professionalism in our dealings with our clients, our adversaries, our judiciary and our community.
