David D. Ferrentino, Esq. has practiced law in the Tampa Bay area for over 15 years. He has counseled and represented private and public entities through a broad spectrum of transactions, litigation and planning. He has successfully litigated cases, including class and collective actions, large and complex matters involving contracts, real estate, trade practices, health care, insurance, employment disputes, public records, trade secrets, corporations and many other issues affecting both public and private entities.

Mr. Ferrentino has represented clients through trial, arbitration, mediation, regulatory investigations and administrative hearings. He has counseled established and start-up businesses and negotiated and drafted leases, purchase and sale agreements, licenses and other agreements and contracts on their behalf.

Mr. Ferrentino is rated (AV) by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991 and is also admitted to the Bar of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, Northern District of Florida, Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Ferrentino is a graduate of the University of Florida MBA program, the Whittier College School of Law, where he was a member of the Whittier Law Review and the recipient of several scholastic awards, and the University of Rochester.

Mr. Ferrentino has served as an arbitrator for the Counsel of Better business Bureaus, Inc., and has volunteered for various community organizations such as the Hillsborough County School Board’s S.E.R.V.E. program. He is a Co-Founder and Director of the Upper Tampa Bay Library Foundation and is also a member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Tampa Class of 2006.
