| Eliane I. Probasco was born in Montreal, Canada and raised in Hollywood, Florida. Ms. Probasco is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.A. in Journalism, 1999) and of Florida State University College of Law (J.D., 2002), where she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ralph C. Stoddard, Administrative Family Law Judge, Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, (Hillsborough County). In addition, she served as a certified legal intern for the Children's Advocacy Center where she represented indigent clients in a variety of domestic violence and family law matters. Ms. Probasco is a member of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, the Marital and Family Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Tampa Bay Family Law Inn of Court and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers. She served as Editor of the Hillsborough County Bar Association's Lawyer Magazine (2003-2004), Co-Editor of the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyer's Newsletter (2004-2005), and serves on the Board of the Marital and Family Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association (2003 to present). Ms. Probasco was admitted to practice in Florida in 2002 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. Ms. Probasco focuses her practice on marital and family law, including dissolution of marriage, child custody, support, modification, paternity and domestic violence. |
