Robert A. Mora is a graduate of the University of South Florida (B.A. 1970) and Stetson University College of Law (J.D. 1976). He is a Certified Public Accountant (1972) and is rated (av) by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He serves as a director, president and managing shareholder for the firm.

Mr. Mora was admitted to practice in Florida in 1976 and is also admitted to the bar of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, U.S. Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. His practice includes business representation and civil litigation.

Mr. Mora serves as general counsel to Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc., a Florida rural electric cooperative that provides electric power and energy to its electric cooperative members who in turn provide power to over 1,000,000 consumers in the State of Florida. In that capacity he handles contract review and negotiation, litigation, financing activities, eminent domain proceedings and general corporate matters. Although Mr. Mora’s primary practice is devoted to Seminole, he also serves as general counsel to, or advises, several other corporations and businesses.
