Stephen W. Lutz received his undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2006. In 2010, Mr. Lutz earned his J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.
At Stetson, Mr. Lutz was an active member of Stetson’s Advocacy Board, competing with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. Mr. Lutz also received a concentration certificate in elder law from Stetson. In achieving this concentration certificate, Mr. Lutz worked as a research assistant, teaching assistant, and as the elder law center fellow under Professor Rebecca Morgan. This concentration allowed Mr. Lutz to complete an elder law clinic with Bay Area Legal Services in Tampa, where he assisted elders with a myriad of issues. Additionally, Mr. Lutz served as president and founding member of the Freethinker Rhetorical Society while attending law school.
Mr. Lutz was admitted to practice in Florida in 2011 and is a member of the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He is a member of the Florida Bar Health Law Section and the American Health Lawyers Association. Mr. Lutz practices in the area of health law.
