Tabatha A. Liebert was born in Smithtown, New York. Ms. Liebert graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida with High Honors (B.A. 1992) and is a cum laude of Stetson University College of Law (J.D. 1997).

Ms. Liebert was admitted to practice in Florida in 1997 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Ms. Liebert is a member of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.

Ms. Liebert handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including general negligence actions, personal injury litigation, products liability, medical malpractice, construction litigation, foreclosures and commercial litigation, including related appeals as well as family law matters. Ms. Liebert has practiced in front of a number of county and circuit courts across the State of Florida. Ms. Liebert has also practiced in front of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Ms. Liebert was selected by Super Lawyers magazine as one of their Rising Stars for 2009.
