Following President’s emergency declaration pursuant to the Stafford Act, the U.S. Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) announced that the tax filings and payments for all federal income taxes (including self-employment tax) due on April 15, 2020, regardless of amount, will now be due on July 15, 2020.

Mr. Olsen has over twenty-five years of trial practice, with extensive arbitration, jury, non-jury, and administrative trial experience. Mr. Olsen represents clients in commercial litigation & transactions, and trusts & estates litigation.
Mr. Bayne concentrates his practice in marital and family law which includes dissolution of marriage litigation, domestic violence, paternity actions, spousal and child support, timesharing and post judgment matters. Mr. Bayne is very active in the community, serving on various legal committees and councils, as well as serving the community through a number of service programs.
