Christopher Arnold is a native of Tampa, Florida, and an Associate Attorney with the law firm of Allen Dell, P.A., where he focuses his practice in the areas of marital and family law, and criminal defense.
Christopher has an extensive background in civil and criminal litigation, having represented clients in both state and federal courts, and in matters ranging from family and criminal law to personal injury and general tort, real property and contracts, wills and estate administration, civil rights and appeals, and DUI and traffic. Prior to joining Allen Dell, Christopher served as an Assistant Public Defender in Tampa, and as an Assistant Attorney General in Tallahassee, in addition to working with various other elected offices and reputable private firms at both locations.
Mr. Arnold concentrates his practice in marital and family law matters, which includes dissolution of marriage litigation, pre- and post-nuptial contracts, domestic violence injunctions and restraining orders, adoptions and paternity actions, spousal and child support, parenting plans and timesharing, and post-judgment matters. Additionally, he handles criminal defense matters, which includes representing adults and juveniles arrested for suspicion of, or charged with committing, a misdemeanor or felony criminal offense.
